TYPE OF PROFILES

ADJUSTMENT AND COMPENSATION PROFILES
The vertical profiles of the shower screen allow the adjustment of the screen and enable us to adapt it correctly to the conditions of the work, overcoming any possible unevenness that may exist in the walls and adjusting to the necessary light opening.
Specifically, the Open model's profiles allow for a compensation from 1.5 cm to 6 cm (depending on the chosen COMBI), which will allow us to overcome any misalignments that may exist in the walls.
The Open model is available in stock in established standard sizes and with ranges that allow us to adapt to the opening (see Open model tables in the catalog). These ranges (minimum and maximum measurements) will be achieved with the extension system retracted or fully extended.

GLASS AND DECORATIONS
GME only works with tempered glass shower screens. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass, processed with thermal or chemical treatments, to increase its strength compared to normal glass. Tempered glass, when broken, shatters into many small pieces instead of splintering into large jagged fragments. These tiny pieces are less likely to cause injury.
This shower screen has 6 mm thick safety tempered glass.
The Open shower screen is available with clear glass, another decorative option is our adhesive vinyls (delivery time 7 days).

LIFT WHEN TURNING
This shower screen is equipped with a lifting system when turning the swing leaf, integrated into the vertical profile, by which the door lifts as we open it.

OPENING
The opening system is by means of swing leaves that allow a 90º turn outwards or inwards of the shower tray. If you want the door to open both inwards and outwards, you can order the IN-OUT 180º kit.

CLOSING SYSTEM
The shower screen closing system is magnetic, which provides great comfort and watertightness when closing the screen.

WATERPROOFNESS
At the bottom of each swing leaf, a drip strip will be inserted and a 0.5x0.5 cm aluminum metal drip strip will be installed on the tray.
