ADJUSTMENT AND COMPENSATION PROFILES
The vertical profiles of the shower screen allow for the adjustment of the screen and enable us to adapt it correctly to the conditions of the installation, compensating for any unevenness that may exist in the walls and adjusting to the required light opening.
Specifically, the width of the fixed glass profile is 2.4 cm, which will allow us to compensate for any misalignment that may exist in the walls of our shower tray or bathtub. The Vetrum model is available in established standard sizes and with ranges that allow us to adapt to the opening (see Vetrum model tables in the catalog).
These ranges are achieved by adapting the lower water deflector to the required size and with more or less door overlap over the fixed panel (1-6 cm). Therefore, during installation, it will be necessary to cut the lower water deflector to adapt it to our opening. A hacksaw for steel will suffice for this.

GLASS AND DECORATIONS
GME only works with tempered glass screens. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass, processed with thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared to normal glass. When tempered glass breaks, it shatters into many small pieces instead of splintering into large jagged fragments. These tiny pieces are less likely to cause injuries.
This shower screen has 8 mm thick tempered safety glass on the sliding door and 10 mm thick on the fixed glass.
Other decoration options include our adhesive vinyls (delivery time 7 days) or the possibility of digital printing (delivery time 20 days).

OPENING
The opening system is via sliding panels, which are equipped with rollers that slide along the fixed glass and the lower metal water deflector.

CLOSURE SYSTEM
The shower screen's closure system is a magnetic closure, which provides great convenience and watertightness when closing the screen.

WATERTIGHTNESS
The shower screen has a vertical water deflector rubber to ensure watertightness in the gap between the sliding panel and the fixed glass.
The shower screen lacks a guide in the lower area of the screen, it only has a metal water deflector on the shower tray (1.8 cm high and 0.8 cm wide) where the roller runs.
