PROFILE TYPE
Stainless steel profiles treated with a process known as mirror polishing (a shine comparable to chrome plating) which makes them easier to clean.

ADJUSTMENT AND COMPENSATION PROFILES
The vertical profiles of the shower screen allow the screen to be adjusted and enable us to adapt it correctly to the conditions of the installation, compensating for any unevenness that may exist in the walls and adjusting to the necessary light opening.
Specifically, the width of the Futura model's profiles is 2.3 cm, which will allow us to compensate for any unevenness that may exist in the walls of our shower tray or bathtub. The Futura model is in stock in pre-established standard sizes and with ranges that allow us to adapt to the opening (see Futura model tables in the catalog).
These ranges are achieved by adapting the upper guide to the required size and with a greater or lesser overlap of the door over the fixed panel (1-6 cm). Therefore, during installation, it will be necessary to cut the upper guide to adapt it to our opening; for this, a steel cutting saw will suffice.

GLASS AND DECORATIONS
GME only works with tempered glass screens. Tempered glass is a type of safety glass, processed with thermal or chemical treatments to increase its strength compared to normal glass. When tempered glass breaks, it shatters into many small pieces rather than splintering into large jagged fragments. These tiny pieces are less likely to cause injury.
This shower screen has 6 mm thick tempered safety glass.
The screen is available for immediate delivery with transparent or frost plus silkscreened glass, and with stroke silkscreening in 15 days. Another decoration option is our adhesive vinyls for shower screens (delivery time 7 days) or the possibility of digital printing (delivery time 20 days).
The Futura screen can be custom-made, modifying the width, height, or making a cut-out in one of its glasses. The delivery time will be 15 days.

ANTI-LIMESCALE TREATMENT
This screen includes anti-limescale treatment as standard, which covers the micropores of the glass, preventing limescale accumulation and facilitating glass cleaning.

OPENING
The opening system is by sliding panels, which are equipped with rollers that slide along the upper guide.

CLOSING SYSTEM
The closing system varies from the front fixed and sliding model to the corner opening at the vertex and corner with fixed side.
The closing system for the front fixed and sliding panel is by means of a bubble seal, which is inserted into the sliding panel and closes by entering a U-shaped vertical stainless steel profile.
The closing system for corner formats is by magnetic closure.

WATERTIGHTNESS
The shower screen has vertical drip strips to ensure watertightness in the gap between the sliding panel and the fixed glass.
The shower screen has no guide in the lower part of the screen, so, to provide good watertightness, we must install a drip strip at the bottom of the slider and a metal drip strip on the shower tray (1 cm high and 0.6 cm wide)
